🎄The holiday season is here, and our communities are buzzing with festive cheer! This December, we’re excited to share the wonderful holiday activities happening across our communities!
Mark your calendars for December 7th and join us for our Annual Christmas Tree Decorating Competition! Each of our communities will submit their beautifully decorated trees on our Facebook page, and the best part? You get to vote for your favorite!

Washington will be celebrating all month long! Festivities include the District 50 Grade School Choir’s Christmas concert, caroling by the Apostolic Christian Church, and a hot chocolate bar hosted by St. Francis Woods. Our grand Resident Christmas Party will feature the Washington High School Madrigals and a piano performance of holiday favorites. The fun wraps up with a lively New Year’s Eve celebration complete with champagne and all the trimmings!
Mt. Carmel will be hosting their Special 5th Anniversary Walk of Lights on December 10th! There will awesome door prizes, refreshments & appetizers, and a tour of decorated trees! Visitors will get to vote on their favorite trees! It’s going to be a magical time!
Collinsville is bringing the holiday cheer! From Christmas music by Tommy and tree trimming to festive baking, gingerbread house making, and a lively New Year’s Eve party, our residents are celebrating in style. With special performances by the Belleville Community Band & Choir and a talented violinist, it’s a season full of joy and cheer!
This December, we’re making the season bright in Rantoul! From the Madrigal at Rantoul High School and the Village Christmas Parade to festive crafts, baking, and carolers, the holiday spirit is everywhere! Our Memory Care Choir is taking the stage for their debut, and we’re wrapping up the year with a lively New Year’s Eve celebration! Plus, themed days and a Door Decorating Contest are adding even more holiday cheer!
Jefferson Elementary kicks things off with their Christmas program, and every Monday brings Christmas movies, hot chocolate, and snacks. On December 14th, families will join us for a nostalgic afternoon of cookie decorating with Grandma and Grandpa. We’ll enjoy caroling on December 16th, and on December 23rd, our community Christmas Dinner features Santa, gift-giving through our adopt-a-resident program, and plenty of holiday cheer!
Bradenton on 14th is bursting with holiday spirit this December! We’re getting creative with gingerbread houses, DIY ornaments, and a festive door decorating contest. The fun continues with Reindeer Games, caroling with a church group, and a cheerful holiday lights drive. Plus, our Christmas party and the mischievous Elf on the Shelf are sure to spread joy all season long!
From caroling at the nursing home and a Grinch party to a family bash with cookie decorating and a lively sing-along, there’s no shortage of cheer in Streator! Residents will enjoy Christmas movie nights, a high school basketball game with a Christmas light ride, and exciting performances by the Just for Kix dance group. Plus, we’re getting crafty with ornament workshops, sharing meals with family, and throwing a spectacular Resident Christmas Party, all leading up to a fun-filled New Year’s Eve bash!
This December at Fox Creek, we’re celebrating the season with a mix of festive activities! Highlights include performances by the Sugar Creek Cloggers, a Holiday Family Meal, and trips for Christmas shopping and viewing lights. Residents will enjoy gingerbread decorating with families, a cookie swap, and a Christmas party with elves! We’ll wrap up the month with a New Year’s celebration!
Residents will enjoy festive fun like hunting for Randy the Elf to earn Bingo Bucks, grooving to live music from the Inspire Band and RSVP Orchestra, baking Christmas cookies, and sipping cocoa during “Cocoa and Carols.” With exciting events like a holiday happy hour, caroling visits from local students and the Girl Scouts, and a magical drive through the Way of Lights, there’s holiday magic for everyone!
